| * In the event of a location change, or any other changes to the above agreement, client must notify FREEZE FRAME VIDEOS a minimum of 30 days prior to event date to ensure all event elements are captured on video as previously agreed upon. |
* Videographer arrival times noted above are approximations only, based on event timing. If the videographer is unable to arrive at one ot the specified locations due to unforeseen issues, the dollar amount specified for that location will be refunded. |
| * FREEZE FRAME VIDEOS holds the right to end videotaping at midnight. However, FFV may elect to continue taping past this time. |
